Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHIL), the parent company for Diamond Hill Capital Management, Inc. is a Columbus, Ohio-based firm that provides investment management services to individuals and institutions seeking to preserve and build wealth. The firm currently manages seven mutual funds: Small Cap; Small-Mid Cap; Large Cap; Select; Long-Short; Financial Long-Short; and Strategic Income. In addition to funds, Diamond Hill Capital Management manages separate accounts and a private investment fund for institutions and individuals.

History

Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. was formerly known as The Banc Stock Group, Inc. and was incorporated in 1977. The Banc Stock Group, Inc. changed its name to Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. on April 27, 2001. Diamond Hill changed its state of incorporation from Florida to Ohio on May 2, 2002. Today, the firm's professional staff comprises a wide range of professional expertise in the area of investment management.
