The Diamond Hill strategies mentioned on this page are available as collective investment trusts (CITs) through Great Gray Trust Company, LLC, as trustee of the Great Gray Collective Investment Trust.

Investment in the CITs is available only to qualified retirement plans, such as 401(k) plans, certain governmental plans, and other accounts that consist solely of assets of retirement, pension, profit sharing, stock bonus and that are exempt from federal income tax.

The Diamond Hill Small Cap, Small-Mid Cap, Mid Cap, Large Cap, Select and Core Bond Portfolios are Great Gray Trust Company, LLC Collective Investment Funds (“Great Gray Funds”), which are bank collective investment funds; they are not mutual funds.
