Win is director of research for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2022.

Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Win served in a variety of roles at Harris Associates from 2003 to 2021, including director of US research, co-portfolio manager of the Oakmark Select Fund and research analyst.

From 1999 to 2003, Win was an equity analyst for Colonial Management/Fleet Bank, a senior portfolio manager at ASB Capital Management from 1997 to 1999 and an equity analyst at Federated Investors from 1996 to 1997.

Win has a bachelor of arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master of business administration from Georgia State University.
