Win is Director of Research for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2022.

Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Win served in a variety of roles at Harris Associates from 2003 to 2021, including Director of US Research, Co-Portfolio Manager of the Oakmark Select Fund and Research Analyst.

From 1999 to 2003, Win was an Equity Analyst for Colonial Management/Fleet Bank, a Senior Portfolio Manager at ASB Capital Management from 1997 to 1999 and an Equity Analyst at Federated Investors from 1996 to 1997.

Win has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
