Anna serves as Chief People Officer for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2020.
Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Anna served in a number of roles for Morningstar beginning in 2003. From 2016 to 2020, she served as Head of Talent & Culture, Australia and New Zealand, Morningstar Australasia Pty Ltd., in Sydney, Australia. From 2012 to 2016, Anna served as U.S. Immigration and Global Mobility Manager in Morningstar’s Chicago headquarters. From 2009 to 2012, she served as Human Resources Business Partner and was Human Resources Coordinator and Immigration Specialist from 2004 to 2009.
Anna earned a Master of International Public Health from the University of Sydney and a degree in Global Studies from the University of Iowa.
