Arthur serves as a portfolio manager for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Arthur was a managing director/research analyst at Post Advisory Group from 2017-2024, and was Vice President/research analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2011-2017.

Arthur has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
