Caroline serves as a Research Associate for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2021.
Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Caroline served in several roles, including Associate – Trade and Commodity Finance and Analyst – Trade and Commodity Finance, for ING Capital LLC from 2018 to 2021. She also served as an Analyst – Asset-Backed Securities and Associate Analyst – Asset-Backed Securities for Fitch Ratings from 2016 to 2018.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
