Alyssa serves as chief compliance officer for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2024.
Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Alyssa was chief compliance officer for U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. and First American Funds Trust from 2021 to 2024. She served in several additional roles for U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. including compliance manager from 2015 to 2021, interim senior business unit risk manager in 2011, and managing director of operations from 2011 to 2015.
Alyssa has a Bachelor of Arts in economics (minor in technical communication) from the University of Minnesota.
